Our Recruitment Process

As a Home Sorted! Franchisee, you will have a unique opportunity assisting clients to live better at home.

Your own business on your terms, with our national brand, support, tools and guidance.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, highly organised, self motivated, with a strong desire to own and operate your own business. If this sounds like you, please learn more about our recruitment process, and then simply apply.

Complete Your Pre Requisite Form

In preparation for you to continue with the recruitment process we’ll need a little more information from you.

We require some important Information in order for us to ascertain whether or not your application has been successful.

Next Steps

Once we’ve reviewed your application forms, we will be in touch to let you know the outcome of your application.

Leave a Refundable Deposit

Exciting times! With many prime territories available, we’ll ask for a $2000 fully refundable deposit.

Our Franchise Agreement

One your deposit has been received we’ll provide you with a copy of our Franchise Legal Agreement, for you to review and to obtain your own Independent legal advice.

Attend a Sort Session

You will be invited to spend a day on the job with our team an opportunity for you to better understand our day to day tasks, and how we run our business. 

Financial Projections

You’ll attend a Financial Projection session, an opportunity for us to provide you with an overview of your potential earnings, and a projection template to review with your Accountant.

Your Business Plan

Your business plan is an important tool! It will be a guide for you to prepare, and refer to on a regular basis.This will help you to understand your full potential, as well as to keep you on track with your goals.

Approval

Once we’ve reviewed your full application, we’ll conduct an internal approval meeting and be in touch with your approval outcome. 

Investing in your own business is an important step, and we will guide you every step of the way!

The purpose of our recruitment process is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of one another….after all we will be in business together 🙂

Time to Shine

With our training, and a full marketing plan in place, you’ll be familiar with our tools, and you’ll definitely be ready to hit the ground running 🙂

Follow Up Support Session

We are always on hand to support and guide you! Within your first month (approx 2 weeks after launch) we will invite you to a support session.

Basically, a time for us to re collaborate, and to answer any questions that may have arisen within your first few weeks.
