Our Recruitment Process
The journey to becoming a Home Sorted! business partner.
As a Home Sorted! Franchisee, you’ll run your own business, with our national brand, support, tools and guidance.
Complete An Expression of Interest Form
Upon completing your EOI form we’ll provide you with a Franchise complete information brochure providing you lots of information, including your potential earnings and initial investment.
In line with your EOI form, we’ll also receive an informative Franchise Information Statement from the ACCC, so that you can learn more about franchising.
Discovery Discussion
The next step is to attend a Discovery Discussion, which is a virtual meeting with one of our team members.
At our catch up we’ll explain our business opportunity and what you’ll receive as a business owner.
Leave a Refundable Deposit
Exciting times! Should both parties be keen to proceed, we’ll ask for a fully refundable deposit of $1500.00. This will secure your territory and commences the due diligence process.
Our Franchise Agreement
One your deposit has been received we’ll provide you with a copy of our Franchise Legal Agreement, for you to review and to obtain your own independent legal advice.
Financial Projections
You’ll attend a Financial Projection session, which is an opportunity for us to provide you with an overview of your potential earnings, as well as a projection template to review with your Accountant.
Your Business Plan
Your business plan is an important tool! It will be a guide for you to prepare, and refer to on a regular basis.This will help you to understand your full potential, as well as to keep you on track with your goals.
Our Approval
Upon collecting all of your documents, we’ll conduct an internal approval meeting and be in touch with your approval outcome.
Your Approval
Investing in your own business is an important step, and at this stage you’ll know everything about what we have on offer!
Therefore if for whatever reason you decide not to proceed, we’ll simply refund your deposit.
After all we will be in business together … so the approval is mutual!
Preparation Time
With our extensive training, and a full marketing plan in place, you’ll be familiar with our tools, and you’ll definitely be ready to hit the ground running!
