My own personal favourite tool to clean tile grout with is an old toothbrush and ONE of the following products:
*Mixture of bleach & luke warm water
*Pool chlorine & luke warm water
*Vinegar & baking soda paste
Always wear gloves and rinse the entire tile area thoroughly.
