Home Sorted! specialise in planning and sorting our client’s homes in a manner that best suits them. This may include setting up your home so you can reach what you need and store what you don’t – or extend to assisting with small tasks around the home such as meal planning and garden maintenance.

What’s included?
Our NDIS services include a person-centred approach to encourage better living and are accessible through a simple subscription.
We apply a reduced rate for NDIS participants and offer a regular booking system which enables us to assist our clients at the same time, on the same day, every week.
Each subscription has been designed to cater for different needs and support.
Simple Support
Our Simple Support subscription is the base package that offers two hours of in-home support each week. Our staff will work with you to ensure your home is set up as comfortably as possible and assist you to live in a much better structured home.

Structured Support
Our mid-tier package is the Structured Support subscription. Members on this tier receive all the benefits of the Simple Support subscription, but in-home support is doubled to four hours per week. Our staff will also assist with online shopping – a perfect addition for those unable to attend the grocery store alone.

Super Support
Our top-tier package is the Super Support subscription. Members on this tier receive six hours of in-home support each week, along with a host of extra services designed to keep your home sorted and functioning smoothly. Need your garden maintained? We can do that too!

How do I know what subscription is right for me?
We understand that it can be difficult knowing how much or how little support you require. For this reason, the number of hours we spend in your home will be dependent on your needs and a full assessment will be conducted to offer an accurate estimate.
Our subscription model also allows you to seamlessly move between subscriptions should your needs change over time – offering you peace of mind and the support you need!
